2. The Girl In Room 105

Delhi IIT Ph.D. student Zara Lone was murdered in a 105-year-old dormitory; and Keshav Rajpurohit, her sulking ex-boyfriend found her dead in his bed. The story unfolds as Keshav and his friend Saurabh Maheshwari begin to look for the murderer. Soon, we found that they are the center stage of the story.

To say the least, the conspiracy that Chetan hatched here is quite exciting. The climax is particularly good, and readers least expect the real killer. Story doubts everyone from time to time, from Zara’s father to her brothers, terrorists, family, and friends. Until the last part of the story, the reader wasn’t sure who it was. 3. One Arranged Murder

One Arranged Murder is a sequel to Chetan Bhagat’s previous novel “The Girl in Room 105”. There are two characters, Keshav and Saurabh, who will solve another murder. After solving the first case and setting up an investigation agency, the two found themselves in another mystery. Both are also colleagues and flatmates. Saurabh gets engaged to Prerna. On the night of Karva Chauth, she is been murdered. like someone pushed her off the ledge and the whole mystery starts.

Although it is a sequel, there is no connection between the two books except for the two characters, so you can read it even if you don’t read the previous book. The story managed to keep the suspense of the whole story growing, you would keep guessing till the end.

4. Five Point Someone

The book “Five Points Someone” by author Chetan Bhagat is based on the Indian Institute of Technology, which is the best engineering school in India. It was later made into a popular movie called “3 Idiots”.

The novel tells the story of three IIT graduates and their lives at one of India’s leading technology institutes. The story tells about their friendship and differences, learning and fun, career and ambition, pressure from parents, and love.

2  States: The Story of My Marriage” is a novel by Chetan Bhagat. The author’s inspiration comes from his own life, but the novel is fictitious. This novel is based on the story of a couple from different states, castes, and religions who want to get married. How they met on the IIMA campus, and how they persuade their parents to marry, is the true plot of the novel.
